To ensure we are the right agency for you and are compatible we offer a free 15 minute zoom session.

We offer an online and telephone session via whatsapp. We offer zoom sessions. Our sessions are usually 60 minutes in length and generally weekly or 2 weekly. Sessions are reviewed 6 weekly to assess progress and make decisions on how to move forward.

We appreciate that life happens. However we all have busy diaries and financial commitments, so unless you have an emergency, for example an unexpected hospital appointment. We require at least 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. If not we will require full payment for your session.

Services are paid for up front ideally via telephone banking prior to the session. Fess are currently £40 per hour. Although we may be willing to apply a sliding scale to unemployed people with no other income or partner support.

Services remain confidential apart from fulfilling legal requirements and issues around self harm.
