We believe that relationship is essential for successful counselling.
We therefore offer a 15 minute FREE service prior to our services to ensure we feel comfortable with each other.
LENGTH OF SERVICES
We offer an online and telephone session via whatsapp. Our services are usually 60 minutes in length and generally weekly or 2 weekly. Services are reviewed 6 weekly to assess progress and make decisions on how to move forward.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Unless there is a significant emergency for e.g. hospital admission, 48 hours notice is required for cancelling services, if not the full fee will be charged.
PAYMENT
Services are paid for up front ideally via telephine banking prior to the session. Fess are currently £40 per hour.
CONFIDENTIALTY
Services remain confidential apart from fulfilling legal requirements regarding self harm or harm to others.
